I love Royal bank, I’ve been with Royal for 35yrs. The only issue is the long wait to get a replacement debit card. Other banks are able to print them up within minutes as you wait.

This app is very well done and runs smoothly. It honestly functions better than more big banks! Highly recommend switching over to Royal bank
Check deposit
The updated process of depositing a check through the app is much more cumbersome than the previous version. I have to tap the check a few times before it captures the photo. It is not user friendly like the previous version that would automatically capture the photo of your check.
