However lately the app has been glitching or the games.
I play starburst and it has been freezing so I have to take screenshots of when it froze and hope and pray that it pays me out because it always seems to freeze when I get 2 or 3 stars don’t get me wrong it pops back up and pay but it’s the fact that it always does this when they know they are about to pay pay!!!!! This is something you all have to fix asap.
Again this is still one of my fav casino apps.

I like this casino it pays way better than golden nugget.. they could do some more promotions though.. I won a pretty decent sized amount about a month & a half ago & someone got ahold of my card numbers & made 3k worth of fraudulent purchases. I always use play plus to deposit & they are a complete joke. There is no one on customer service that ever can answer any questions they hang up on you most of the time.. it’s been over 30 days and I still haven’t got a card or even an email telling me a thing about my dispute. You can’t even talk to anyone in the dispute dept and I’m so sick of not having access to my money. Don’t use play plus bc they limit how much you can spend & you’ll never get your money off there once they got it you can’t move it at all it’s a total joke & im closing every play plus account I have bc I’m so sick of waiting for them to at least send me a new card but nope. I don’t even think it’s legal what they do. And good luck getting anyone to give a hoot about your money that they seem to think is theirs now.

I really liked this site. It seemed to be the best.
Then they started with their games. I used a debit card to deposit. They wanted a copy of the card. It had been stolen so I did not have it. So I asked for options. They said send a bank statement. I did. They said no a bank statement. I did. So back and fourth a few times. So I chatted they said we need a statement with the last 4 digits of 2222. I said I don’t have an account with 2222. I have a stolen card with 2222. They said your card number and a count number are the same! Lol nope!!! Maybe with a cc but not a debit. So I spent an hr chatting and they said se d a b and c. I did. Then they declined my request.
So they are more than happy to take your money but good luck getting any back.
