At first the app was great, I was able to schedule, check in and all was well. Newest update I wasn’t informed you now have to click “I’m leaving”. No big deal, got a letter from the doctor and sent over. Today the app loaded and I opened the trip and there was no option for me to click so I assumed there was another update. Nope. As soon as I got to our first appointment it showed up “I’m leaving” so now I have to get two letters for todays trips and email them over. I’m also u able to schedule my own trips now, I have to call them all in. No big deal, just a slight inconvenience. Our daughter is special needs so we are to and from the hospital for appointments a lot.

At first this app was a hit and now after all of these “UPDATES” it’s now a flop!!!! My son is Autistic so he has an appointment for ABA therapy every other week and emotional therapy every two weeks. I called and ache his appointment as I’m not able to do it from the app now and I was not informed that I would have to open the app and select I’m leaving before I leave my house!!!!! So here I go having to get a letter from the Dr. and email a copy of it in and now I have to wait 2-3 weeks for them to review and verify and then I have to wait an additional 1-2 weeks for the payment. On his next appointment I called in days ahead a time to get the appointment. I get the appointment so that morning before we pull out of my driveway I open the app, find my trip, and attempt to select “I’m leaving!” Only for a message to pop up and inform me that I’m not at my residence and I can’t access the app! You talking about upppppset then I call the help desk and of course I get the “I’m sorry, I can’t do anything!” Oh she had the audacity to tell me that at least you can fill out the paper trip log and fax it in and wait a full month to be paid mind you in the beginning with this app, I booked my trips, checked in, and was paid by 8:00 p.m. the same day of the trip. This app and the creators of it are Karen’s! If I could rate this app a negative star I would but one is the lowest that I can go!

I have only been able to successfully use a couple times which paid me within the next week unlike sending in paper logs that take 1.5 months or longer to get paid on and. Then they will say they never got pprwrk please resend so I was thinking the app is going to be excellent wishful thinking I super most of the time when I go to use it says. Session timed out so I’m unable to submit or even see the trip that I’m using gas mileage reimbursement for so my home time doesn’t matter. Ok, and then 90”/, of time it will confirm my Face ID and start doing same screen literally over and over and over again. Great thing is until they get it right customer service is still avail but man I’d really love to use app can’t wait till they fix it I’m just Frustrated with having to do the I’m leaving which shouldn’t matter as long as you get to your appt and click it there it is what it is.
