Won’t let me set a password
I am currently traveling Southeast Asia. I saw a flight that included Philippines airlines. So I decided to set up an account with them and book directly. I went to register and filled out all the information but it would not let me set a password. It kept telling “set an approved password” after trying for 5 minutes I finally became frustrated and simply gave up. Also they ask way to many redundant questions. Quite possibly the most complicated registration I have ever done with an airline. What a pity

-Minimum of five (5) and a maximum of eight (8) characters.
-Must include one number.
-Must contain at least 1 upper and 1 lower case for letters.
-Must include one special character.

Terrible app and terrible website for a terrible airline
I’ve flown a few times for travel and booked on the website and app. They want you to add any suffix to your name in the same block as your first and middle name instead of having a separate drop down menu. I have flown twice with them with no issues other than extreme difficulty getting the app or the website to work. Today I checked in and was told the no suffix was an issue (kind of funny since it wasn’t an issue on the flight yesterday). I had to leave the terminal and go to ticketing and pay 1000 pesos to have the suffix added to my name on my ticket. They are too cheap to update their app or their website and have no problem charging the costumer to add to letters to the end of his name at check in.

You have a number of usability issues
Just a couple of issues
- when searching for city of residence, you don’t provide a number of cities or options to type it in. You recommend searching again.
- Password creation doesn’t explicitly tell you what the problem is. Not enough characters? No special characters? It’s a guessing game to what is a valid password. I couldn’t get past that form.
