Difficult to navigate

Can’t go back to see bus schedules on app when you’re on your ticket page. Also had issues trying to get to the mobile ticket.

Least reliable transportation

Be fully prepared for the bus to be 3 hours late, for the bus to be completely full leaving you shafted, and to be on hold on the phone for longer than you’re waiting

No ticket wallet

After downloading the app and purchasing tickets, my ticket wallet disappeared
