First Time Visit
I have to say, I am sorry I have not ever tried this place because the staff is phenomenal!! The manager was so apologetic because they ran out of bacon! I am well aware of the supply chain issues going on right now due to COVID and it wasn’t a big deal to me, so I just asked for another wrap without bacon for my mobile order. I wanted to add an additional wrap to my order which she did right away. When she gave me the bag with the orders I was like, “I haven’t paid for the other wrap?” She said since she was the manager she could give it to me for free. Mind you she had already given me a free cookie AND rice crispy treat!! This happened this evening & I hope this young manager (I didn’t get her name!) gets a promotion for going above & beyond to make this a good experience for me! AB Order #951
Love the service at this Mad Greens
The Lakewood, CO Mad Greens never disappoints! Their customer service is excellent and their managers are always friendly and responsive. I can’t say about the service and the high quality of the food
Don’t read the order details or don’t understand “no protein “
Whenever my sister orders using your app either you add protein to her order when it clearly says No Protein or you get my mother’s salad wrong! If I come in then you finally get it correct is there an issue with looking at the order or is there a bias against the person ordering it? My sister has complained about it previously and the Arapahoe and Quebec location still are getting it wrong! Fix the issue or lose our business!
