The worst application ever
The application is the worst I have ever seen !!!
I have wasted so much time to register ! Always some errors… now I downloaded the app in my Samsung tv so I can stream there, but guess what .. I am not able to put my password because there is not eligible character that my password has.I don’t understand why Acun does not hire good developers and IT staff to improve the application and to be more user friendly. It shouldn’t be so hard in 2023 to find a qualified developers.
Great content but lots of bugs
The content is really entertaining (3-stars). However, the app has lots of bugs that need fixing. I’m kind of surprised they released it with so many bugs. Videos freeze. Lots of adds, sometimes within minutes of one another. No timeout on video buttons during playback. Too many to list. Will continue to watch because I like the talented cast they have.
CAUTION — it is the worst.
I was still being charged after cancelling my subscription. In fact I was still being charged after disputing charge. I reached out to customer service on multiple occasions and never got a response.
Plus they didn’t have what I wanted, although they advertised that they did. If I could I would give zero stars.
I CAUTION everyone from giving them a cent, or worse your information.
