Who doesn’t want an easy way?

Well I know that emotions can feel and be heavy. But how do we let go of those memories? And I’m talking the memories from your body? Well here you go!

It’s a does of inspiration from the start. You watch a 4 minute video with being guided through by Peggy. She has a contagious way of her.

The app itself is beautifully put together along with easy to follow. All you gotta do is tap, it’s not overwhelming or exhausting. Looking to release some heavy stuff? You found your app, Tap for Joy

Love this app

The first time I heard about tapping, I printed out a many page ebook (?!?!) and tried to follow the directions. Since then I’ve watched people in videos, and had a friend show me. This app is great because it takes you through it step by step. It’s simple and easy to use! Love it!

I Use it Every Day

The first time I ever used tapping, I fell in love with the technique but I am a person who needs either a group or someone to lead me step-by-step. Since I didn’t have that, I stopped tapping. Now I do it every day with this app. It is so intuitive and easy to follow and Peggy is the “someone” I needed. This app has made a huge difference in my life!
