Leda Health was built for survivors, by survivors. The Leda Health app is designed to support self-collection of DNA using the Early Evidence Kit after sexual assault. You must have a Leda Health Early Evidence Kit to use the app. Please visit leda.co and fill out the eligibility form to determine if a kit is available to you.
Download our mobile app to receive:
- Customized guidance including interactive, step-by-step support as you collect DNA and navigate your next steps.
- Live tracking allowing you to track your kit through every step of self-collection and DNA testing.
- Care portal to locate local resources fast, such as hospitals and care centers.
