Description

Do you want to get slimmer and more active? Do you feel tired in the morning and after every meal? Then try food combining concept, which is based on three simple principles:

- eat only foods which are compatible to each other. Well known, that it's better to avoid eating carbons and proteins at the same meal. Food Combining app will help you to identify which combinations are better.

- make pauses between meals, letting food to go out of your stomach. Different food demands different time, but our app will show you digestion time of chosen foods and even notify you when you can eat something again!

- Drink water, as much as you can. But don't remember to stop drinking 10 minutes before eating and start again not earlier than 20 minutes after. Otherwise, water and food will contradict each other.
