Has potential
I’m in need of on demand classes. Unfortunately there aren’t that many to choose from. The volume on the videos is terrible- have to constantly watch my device to see what they are doing. Can’t stream to my TV. Who wants to do a workout on a phone when you have a tv? At one point the app glitches and shut down my entire phone. Everything was frozen. Not a good experience.
Game changer for work from home dad
I got the Zeno system in March of 2021 and LOVE it. After I watched the videos, learned the movement and functionality of the bench I have been hooked. I do multiple 10 min workouts throughout the day as I use it as my “chair” in front of my stand desk. Also with two kids running around(2 and 4 yo) it’s comforting knowing they can’t really hurt themselves w the bands. I recently just upgraded to the app too and am pumped on the amount of new workouts that exposed me to.
Where the bench can improve is if their were select tech style weights that could live in the cabinet.
Overall- super happy with this investment and the thing is bulletproof and versatile
Built-in accountability partner
This app has taken my workouts from going through the motions to focused and intense! My Apple Watch syncs during the sessions so I can track all of my progress, which has motivated me to be consistent. Trainers are well versed and great at breaking down each exercise so you know what you should be feeling. Looking forward to trying my first live streamed workout soon!
