I’ve played most of the HOP games
And this one I absolutely adored! A character that I loved, a great storyline that was easy to follow and wasn’t too contrived, and mini games that, while time-consuming, weren’t too difficult (except for that mysterious powder identifier game, the 2nd one. I had to skip it).
I absolutely recommend this and have just bought the 2 sequels, which I imagine is why this one was f2p (very good strategy!!). I’m hoping I’ll love them as much as I did this one.

Pocket Watch puzzle
I love these types of point & click adventure games. This one was enjoyable enough that I purchased the bonus game for a mere $1.99 I had some issues with the pocket watch puzzle with the rotating rings. At first I couldn’t find the tiny dog, but after numerous tries, and with the kind help of the developer I found it. The game then crashed and closed after I selected the dog ( it was the last item I needed). It repeated this oddity several times. The game would shut down after selecting the last item on the pocket watch, and then I would restart the game and it would do it again. I ended up restarting the whole game over, and after that it was just fine with no glitches. Maybe it was just an issue with my phone, but it was a frustrating thing to have happen. I still gave this game a high rating because of the overall experience.

Suspenseful!
Loved this game. Just finished. It definitely kept me wanting to keeping going until the end. It did give me more hints then other games like this. But it made you pay more for certain puzzles. Wished the bonus was FREE! I’m not paying to play something that is so short. I did pay for hints around the middle of it.
