Description
The Secret for Weight Loss app connects you with your wellness plan. Receive daily meal planning, exercise guidance, lifestyle modification support and motivation.
As a Secret for Weight Loss patient, you will receive the specific content of your custom wellness plan in the app. Track your progress including calories, activities, body metrics, steps, water, and sleep in an interface shared with your provider. Communicate with Secret for Weight Loss in realtime through personal journals and direct private messages.
This app is integrated with the Apple HealthKit. Choose to share your steps, calories expended and other parameters directly with the app.
Intuitive Design
The app is designed specifically for Secret for Weight Loss patients and you can't use the app unless you're a Secret for Weight Loss patient already in their care. Use the app on your iPhone or iPad. Secret for Weight Loss uses an admin web-based portal where they can tailor the program to your needs, monitor your progress, and communicate with you directly.

Disappointed
I joined the diet and was told to download the app. In the beginning I was told to turn off my WiFi to connect. Now even with WiFi off, I can’t connect. It is a daily hassle to put anything into this app and it will not connect to my health app.
It works for me
I just started this program and started using the app without any issues.
I’ll update if I start having issues with the app.
