Our lifestyle experts are on hand 24 hours a day, 365 days a year to tend to the daily needs of our members and clients wherever they may be in the world. Our services include travel arrangements, restaurant reservations and access to exclusive events but also entail assisting with requests for shopping, health and wellbeing, art, education, real estate and philanthropy. Through a ecosystem of advisors and experts we help take care of everything from organizing last minute spa treatments to sourcing properties, booking sought-after table reservations, researching children schools or simply providing inspiration for the weekend with ideas and offers solely created for our members. All with the sole purpose of creating the luxury of time to spend on what is most important, both at home and away.

uniQue is digital member experience where proactivity, inspiration and easy access is added to an already unmatched personal service regardless of whether you are a private member needing to simplify your life or if you are a corporate client interested in adding benefits and value to your clients and/or staff.

There are six membership levels to choose from: Selected, Premium, Extra, General, Dedicated and Elite. Depending on the level of membership members have different access to uniQue with differences ranging from access to the various articles and opening hours up to the level of personalized service.

uniQue provides a means of communication with members to inspire lifestyles with inspirational content, editorial features and idea articles. Members are also presented with unique offers and benefits from our partners such as holiday packages, hotel rate discounts and upgrades, product discounts and more. uniQue can be used to find and book recommended hotels, restaurants, cultural spots, sports, concert tickets or events. On the higher membership levels requests can also be placed for miscellaneous requests for anything such as booking more comprehensive holidays, finding specific products and items to purchase or arranging private chefs.

° Access to the uniQue app is by invitation only. In order to become a member it is necessary to sign up for a preferred membership level.
° Members need to be logged in in order for the relevant content of their membership to be displayed.
° Depending on the level of membership the member or corporate client has chosen they have different access to what offers, benefits and content are available to them.
° When logged in preferences can by specified by the member selecting different levels of interest on the various content categories.
° When logged in articles/offers/benefits can be saved for future reading or bookings or forwarded to friends.
° Communications are received via email, newsletters, social media outlets and push notifications to which the member has given permission when signing for their membership.
