Better then paper applications I guess
Using the app is better then submitting an application the old fashion way but there is a lot of things they need to work out before this app is 5 stars.
Stone age Thinking
Very old design here from back in the early days of CRM technology.
Can’t do a electronic application without creating a lead, can’t create a lead (appointment) without out getting all the persons people information. Catch 22. Junk
Obviously not designed by someone who uses it!
App is not user friendly. Hard to navigate and worse yet doesn’t indicate when
