Good Idea, Needs Work

Me and my 57-year old mother have been using this device for years and I have given up on this app a long time ago. For the elderly and disabled people who use this product, it is very frustrating - for a company like this one, accessibility should be your FIRST concern. This app should work with every device, even outdated and cellular devices, and every piece of text on the screen should be read aloud for those of which who are visually
impaired (myself included). I use hearing aids, and when I opened the app, it caused interference with them - a huge, high-pitched whine that made it difficult to concentrate.
The colors of the app also caused a bit of eye-strain, which - if you are using this app when you have a migraine attack, which is its purpose - can cause nausea, further headache, strain, and even seizures in severe cases.
Nobody wants to be told they are wrong when they are struggling, which is why I think the general interface of the app needs to be more friendly and workable for those of which who are disabled and chronically ill; aka, those who struggle the most with migraines.
In general, it’s a good idea, and a good device, the app just needs considerable attention.

App is terrible and unreliable for what it is to do

The device is great. The app is HORRIBLE. I’ve contacted them and get the same response as others before me, an offer to watch coaching. That won’t help the faulty data and inaccurate results it records. Once the phone goes to sleep or the screen isn’t being touched, the strength of treatment is still there on a graph, the time often freezes and is inaccurate, and when you log your data and use the multitude of graphs and tables they provide, they are wrong. It’s useless. I chose this model for the reliable data to provide to my doctor. This makes it useless and detrimental.
There is also no option to delete an accidental data point - say you started but it immediately needed to stop because you needed to enter the pin, again, that data point can’t be deleted. Don’t looks like I had a migraine for 30 seconds and that’s all the treatment I needed. Followed by a full session.
PLEASE FIX THIS APP TO MAKE IT WHAT YOU ADVERTISE IT TO BE.

Terrible

I would love to review the app but it crashes every time I try to use it. Contacted customer support and days later I am still waiting to hear back. If I could give this app and the company no stars I would.
Update…. The “developers” of the app responded. They provided zero support and are basically gaslighting me. I have the most recent version ( it still crashes as soon as I open it) and I have called your “coaches”. They couldn’t do anything since the app will not work. I still have not received a response from the customer service email I sent the company through their website. The device is almost unusable as it is and the app not working is the icing on the cake. My next step is to lodge a complaint with the VA about the device and the company since the company has a contract with the VA.
AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!!!
