CH MyChart makes it easier and more convenient than ever to manage your health.
With MyChart, you can schedule care appointments directly online for most Catholic Health services, and even add yourself to a waiting list to be notified by text if an earlier appointment becomes available.
The MyChart app also enables you to check in to your appointment directly from your mobile device, and reduces the need to fill out paper forms each time you go to a new Catholic Health office. All your records will be in one place on MyChart.
The app also gives you access to your clinical test results sooner – usually in less than 24 hours. Plus you can connect with your doctor anytime, anywhere, via email through MyChart.
You’ll also be able keep your health care information better organized; the app you to check on your appointments (and those of your family members); check health records; access immunization records; and order medication refills – all from a single portal. You can even pay a bill or get a cost estimate for a future service through MyChart, or upload health and fitness data, including data from the Apple Health app, when enrolled in self-tracking programs.

Scheduling an appointment
I keep trying to schedule an appointment,the box has lab typed in it and won’t let me change it. Takes the easy out of not having to call.

i am so thrilled with the thought of this being at the touch of my finger tips !! i can schedule appointments without wait times on the phone , speak with my doctor and be up to date on everything that is going on with me etc & i love that. it is easy to navigate and everything !!

Easy to navigate and use although some of the tabs within the main headings could be a little easier to identify but not too complicated to figure out. it’s very good and reliable app overall so I give 5 stars.
