Lots of thoughts

So first I do really like this app, but I don’t know that it would be for everyone. I have been doing yoga, Pilates, and barre workouts at least 3-4 times a week for about 10 years and am pretty fit for reference. I don’t feel that it is for true beginners. There are modifications for most of the exercises I just still feel like they’re pretty intense. Having said that as someone who works out regularly this is plenty challenging. I personally got this for the Pilates workouts and I do think they’re great. I do wish the full body section workouts were more full body. The ones I have done still focus on the body part that is featured in the activation video (so you spend 40 mins of a 55 min video on one body part, roughly 7 minutes on the others, and a warm up and cool down). I would love to see some full body workouts that break it up more equally. I love that they utilize bands, a ball, and weights to really increase the difficulty. The meals are easy and don’t require 500 ingredients which is nice. Overall a solid app which I enjoy :)

Keeps me going

I have been a fan of Lilly’s programs since before the app. With the app she has stepped up by adding more variety to her workouts. The workouts vary from body part focused to whole body. She has also added Amy to the team bringing with her killer hiit routines and different approaches to exercise and stretching. The pair keep it challenging and interesting. You can join a challenge which maps the daily routine for you with warm up, activation, main workout, finisher, and cool down (you can do all or some). Or you can design your own with her menu of workouts. Lilly offers modifications to increase or decrease the intensity based on your level. The app offers nutrition, instruction, and motivation. It also links to the store so you can purchase Lilly’s products if you like. The app had some glitches initially with changing programs but it seems to be worked out. I am very happy with the app and would recommend it to anyone looking for a good variety of challenging workout options taught by motivating positive people.

Much More Than an Exercise App

This fitness app is by far the easiest to use and I’ve tried a ton! There’s always new content or plan happening on there to keep you motivated. The workouts are fun and uplifting, ensuring you prioritize form, a healthy mindset, and rest.
You can also customize the different plans to your goals. For example, it’s easy to switch out that workout for another w/o disrupting your progress or change your meal preference from calorie deficit to surplus, etc. Plus, having the meal plan along with the exercises is like having an extra arm when it comes to your fitness goals. Lily & team really make it super easy and help you every step of the way.
The habit tracker is also unique when it comes to fitness apps. Not only can you track fitness, but you can track other goals like journaling, going outside, etc.
This app really approaches health holistically, ensuring you take proper care of body, mind, and spirit. Can’t wait to see what else they’ll bring to the table
