Paradox - BlueEye 4+

The app design and functionality is definitely better than Insite Gold when you can get it to connect.

Issues:

- Way too many issues connecting to the server and constantly have to exit the app and relaunch.

- The badge notification on the app needs to disappear immediately after looking at the events.

- There is a problem with event date and times - mine currently say 29 May 2001 even though its is January 15 2024 and the time of the events are out by about 6 hours or so.

Fix these issues and you’ve probably nailed it.

After switching from the old Insite Gold app to BlueEye app and since yesterday accepting face recognition to login, it is a great improvement and responds much faster connecting to the server, no more long waiting streaming. Although I still have both app on my iPhone, my primary and preferred app is BlueEye. Keep working on improvements. PLA

Can I connect using IP? Not via swan? Same as inside gold? So much push to use swan. Definitely will not use Paradox in future. Such a terrible supporting apps. To developers: I use “feature “ import from inside Gold …. Can’t connect Why not add simple field. IP/ host name and Port? This could be done so easy, but instead, you are developing wheel. NO MORE PARADOX !!!!

Any update? Can you fix it? So I can connect using IP? Or DNS? I used option to migrate from gold. And can’t connect!!!! Guys, if you can’t doing, say it. Someone will do it. PARADOX was a good company, but in last century.
