Description

Worked for my issue
Rep was super helpful and resolved my problem. It probably could have been diagnosed without the app but app allowed it to be noticed right away.
Utterly Incompetent
What a nightmare. Horrendous “support”. If you can call it that. While I was in Europe, my phone connection was glitchy. After being on the phone with them for a hour unable to help me, they instructed me to delete the cell phone data plan on my phone.
That made no sense to me, so I made sure to confirm with the support person that was safe to do. They said that it was and instructed me to continue. When I did, my phone immediately dropped the call.
In an instant, per their instruction, I ended up in a foreign country where I did not speak the language, had no phone service to call any one, no one could call me, no text, no email, no navigation system. I was left stranded to figure out how to find a SIM card with no navigation system in a country I where don’t speak the language. Completely screwed me.
Absolutely incompetent personal who don’t know what they’re doing.
Good Overall
Rep was very nice and solved my issue, app was great to help the rep visualize my problem.
