Bolay Fresh Bold Kitchen 4+

This place is just delicious - fresh and bold is the name - fresh and bold is the game. Great food, and when I found the app I was overjoyed. Love how easy it is to order - and happy I can easily have my order saved for use at any restaurant location. BOLAYGO? GO BOLAY!!!

I’ve been regularly ordering from Bolay for years and have never earned a reward. All orders done through the App. The app is all different now and it’s asking me to add my credit card number, which I’m not comfortable with doing. Each time I pay, I’ve always used Apple Pay. I plan to place my next order soon, I hope I can still continue to do that.

UPDATE: Just placed my first order, Apple Pay is no longer an option which is SUPER annoying. This App is very clunky and it feels like I’m navigating a website pretending to be an App. I could not scroll sideways to see what other suggestions there were as I was checking out - I don’t want to add a cookie, who knows what else was available?

Seems like a downgrade from the previous App. At least I got my $5 for adding my card *Tip: you can remove your card immediately and still get the free $5

The app it terrible. Something is always wrong with it. It will kick back that you need to pick another vegetable and at the same time removes the protein you added . So you check out and no protein. Other times you try to pick a prior order to reorder that and it doesn’t work. At checkout they try to force you on a 20 percent tip for a takeout order . That app forces you to leave a tip. Let the company pay employees more and not force something that should be completely optional.
