Just What I’ve Been Looking For!
This is more than an app! It eliminates the guess work on training with video tutorials for each exercise. It syncs with other apps on your phone to better help you with tracking macros, daily steps, and activity. The trainer does an amazing job of checking in regularly and keeping you accountable to your goals. They really though of everything to make this app both high tech with personal touch. Highly recommend!!
