Champions is a watch first app, the user can input his food, drink and other details from the watch by typing in or he can dictate in it.
Users can also share their information with their coach once the coach installs FollowBluCon app. User and coach can see more detailed information on Ambrosia.care

I am using this app for a while, helped me lose my weight 15 lb in 30 days. Now I feel a lot of energy in body, earlier I was used to feel pretty tired
