Limited speed adjustment… (edited)
As an EMDR therapist, the fact that there are only 3 speed options makes this app unusable. Everything else about it seems great, but you have to let me control the speed.
(Edit) The developer contacted me, listened thoughtfully to my suggestions, and seems very serious about making this an excellent app. He also is making it available free for traumatized folks in the Ukraine, which I think is wonderful! I look forward to supporting his endeavor in the future and trust that this app will be a great tool for therapists doing trauma work remotely.

Great EMDR tool. Adjustable with controller support.
This is a great EMDR tool. I can adjust tone, rate, and visual cues. With controller support I use a pair of Nintendo Joy-Cons as my bilateral ‘buzzers’ and control the start/stop of cues. This has helped me practice without distractions. I use a small tabletop tripod to hold my phone horizontally for visual cues and use the controllers as my buzzers and a pair of headphones for my audio cues. Truly 5 stars and worth it to have an affordable at home/travel solution to EMDR.
Best app for this, period
I don’t know how other apps have higher reviews. They must prompt people to rate them in the App Store. This is a simple highly effective interface with everything you need.
