**Squad for Apple Watch works with Squad HR app running on iPhone, iPad, or iPod Touch.
Squad Watch app for Squad heart rate classes. Squad Watch app sends heart data from Apple Watch to Squad HR app running on iPhone, iPad, or iPod Touch for display on a large TV or projector. Now you can join a Squad heart rate class with just your Apple Watch!

FEATURES
* Independent Apple Watch app - No tethered iPhone required!
* Connects to Squad HR running on your trainer's iPhone up to 50 meters outdoors (approx)
* Sends heart data from Apple Watch to Squad HR running on your trainer's iPhone - No chest strap required!
* Shows relative intensity (%HRmax), training zone (colour), energy expenditure (Cals/Kj), and training score (Trimp)
* Shows Bluetooth connection status indicator
* Option to trigger recovery and maximum zone transition alerts
* Saves your workouts in the Apple Health app
SETUP
To pair your Apple Watch to Squad HR running on iPhone:
1. Launch Squad HR on iPhone
2. Add/Edit your profile on iPhone
3. Select Add heart rate sensor on iPhone
4. Launch Squad on Apple Watch
5. Swipe left to setup your profile on Apple Watch
6. Swipe left again on Apple Watch, hold near iPhone, and long-press Pair button
To track your Apple Watch with Squad HR running on iPhone:
1. Launch Squad HR on iPhone
2. Start new activity on iPhone
3. Launch Squad on Apple Watch
4. Tap Start workout on Apple Watch
5. Tap screen to toggle heart rate units on Apple Watch
6. Swipe right to pause/stop workout on Apple Watch
