MyHealthLightNow makes it easy to get in touch with a provider. Simply open the app from anywhere using your phone, computer or mobile device. A provider is ready to listen and care for your health needs at the push of a button. You can even get a prescription sent to your pharmacy of choice. It’s health care where and when you need it!
MyHealthLightNow providers will diagnose and recommend treatment for issues such as:
- Sore throat and stuffy nose
- Allergies
- Cold and flu symptoms
- Poison ivy
- Pink eye
- Respiratory infection
- Sinus problems
- Ear infection

HOW DOES IT WORK?
Download the MyHealthLightNow App from the Apple App Store. You can request a virtual visit as soon as you sign up by calling your doctor's office. Open the MyHealthLightNow app to see your scheduled appointments, provide medical history and pay a visit fee if applicable. Your MyHealthLightNow visit may be covered by your health plan.
The MyHealthLightNow provider will talk with you about your health. They will answer your questions and recommend next steps. If you do not see your provider, your primary care doctor will be contacted about your MyHealthLightNow visit. This ensures you get proper follow-up care by your own doctor.
HOW DOES THIS HELP ME?
MyHealthLightNow is a service provided by your doctor’s office. It helps bring health care to you. Now you don’t have to leave home when you are sick! You will get the care you need when you need it most. Coverage and fees may vary by health plan.

Barely functioning
When clicking any links provided by my provider to join/check in/etc, the app prompts me to log out if I am already logged in, then when I log out and back in, can not find the visit. When filling out PCP provider info, it apparently relies on a FAX NUMBER? To confirm the provider?? I’m deeply skeptical of providing any PII or health into to an app like this. Will strongly encourage my pcp to change telehealth apps.
