Eustasis Psychiatric & Addiction Health provides quality and immediate access and treatment to patients across the lifespan for all mental health conditions.
We afford patients the ability to walk-in daily and see a board certified prescriber the same day for psychiatric evaluation and treatment as well as scheduled appointments. In addition we provide high quality psychological services and new treatment modalities such as rTMS and esketamine! We believe patients should never have to wait for their mental health needs and patients deserve the most comprehensive level of care day one! This app allows patients to coordinate with their provider, check and schedule apt times, receive updates from the organization and important announcements, upload correspondence to us and more!

Needs attention
Trying to schedule appointments is pretty easy. App needs a little work like the tasks, didn’t know I had to check in before I even showed up to do the tasks (seems a little backwards) and making us put home phone not even letting us skip over that part. Does anyone even have a home phone anymore? Lastly because of all of the difficulties I wanted to cancel my appointment and wait a few days to reschedule but I can’t even cancel my own appointments?
“Forbidden” to cancel
What is the point in having an app to help with scheduling if I can never cancel or reschedule an appointment on the app? The buttons are there to do so but when you try and do it, “Forbidden, Patient is not allowed to cancel appointment.” If you want to be strict about no-show policy I understand, but then allow people to give you notice by the same application they made the appointment on.
Eustasis App
This is a great health care facility for mental health. It would be great if the developer made a couple changes. My appointment times have not been showing up on my screen. It would also be cool if our medication and care was on this app as well.
