I downloaded this app to gain easy access to plan benefits and it’s not working
Worst app ever made
You login with your login and password then it asks to type a verification code sent to email , then you enter it but instead of getting you in , it goes back and asks your for your login and password again and for a verification number again, so you just go in circles without getting in until you get tired and give up. The website for CMS -Sunshine Health is not that much better.
