Finally, something sustainable
I’m a lifelong athlete and after college it was tough not to have a team or group to share workouts. I had a hard time going to the gym by myself and “planning” a workout. I tried many programs but most were either too little or way too much. This program is baby bear’s porridge: “just right” :)
