Doesn’t work
Every time I’ve tried getting on the app it always gives me an error message. Telling me to contact server and try again later. I’ve been “trying” for over a month now with the same error issue. I sign into my account just fine online just not the app. I’ve deleted and reinstalled it numerous times with the same result. This is very frustrating and needs to be fixed. Then I’d rate better than a 1 since I can’t even use it now.
App doesn’t work; can’t access the ebook I bought
Very frustrating to buy an ebook and then not be able to read it because the app won’t let you log in. If I could give the app zero stars, I would. I have very little faith that this issue will be resolved promptly because there are reviews from a year ago that say the same thing. I wish I had read the reviews before I purchased an ebook from Books-A-Million.
Whats going on?!
The app says i Can log onto it once I’ve made my first online our purchase. I did exactly that and it won’t let me log in. I’ve been trying to log on for a few days now … and no luck. I’ve deleted it and downloaded it everyday for more than a week now and it’s giving me a server error msg. The Libby app is way better .
