Spivi.Connect 4+

This app worked fine, for the most part, for a few months and then 7 months ago it started to glitch. I tried to delete it and add it back since I had payed for it already and it froze. I have emailed SPIVI multiple times and they have not bothered to respond! HORRIBLE customer service. I guess they have my money so they don’t care? I’m a cycle instructor teaching at a facility that have SPIVI so I use SPIVE multiple times a week and it’s very frustrating to me that I can’t use their Apple Watch app and they can’t reply to any of my emails.

Downloaded to my Apple Watch and it wouldn’t connect to the main workout. It wouldn’t even start on my watch. Even when I left the gym the app kept opening up on my watch every 30 seconds trying to connect it. It wouldn’t shut off. Had to delete it to get it to stop. Then when I tried downloading it again it was saying already purchased but it was not on my phone or watch and not even in my app purchase history. Very frustrating!

Attempted to pair multiple times to the phone app to track heart rate on my Apple Watch 3. Keep getting not paired message on watch and no vitals tied to group class rides.
