Stopwatch Workout is the best app for track workouts on Apple Watch. Instead of needing to use a separate workout app while also using a stopwatch, the Stopwatch Workout App combines those two functions into one easy to use app. Simply hold the start button to start a workout and use the stopwatch like any other classic stopwatch knowing that you will get credit you deserve for your run. The buttons are big and easy to press even if you are in the midst of mile repeats.
