Waste products - Another marketing stunt

It is just another product in the market with a good marketing gimmick. Traya doesn’t have any customer care service even to get a proper update on the tracking of the products after placing an order. Have to struggle to identify their customer service info. Why aren’t coming forward to help their customers? How can a customer get confidence if the company doesn’t come to speak up?

Way too many notifications

Stop spamming the user with these notifications. It’s not even 5pm and I have received two sets of notification 18 times. I have placed the order. Current Status is order is packed. But the cart is still showing the items. So I keep getting a notification of completing the purchase. Fix this mess guys. Amateur hour!

Worst app!

Nothing updates properly including your prescription. Several bugs and App is slow at many screens!
