Especially enjoy multiplayer

My wife and I enjoy playing cards together, and the peer-to-peer function is absolutely fantastic. We have played a couple of other multiplayer card games but almost all have one problem or another. This game is one of our favorites! Definitely worth the five star rating.

The game is addictive and insanely fun! This app makes the game easy to learn and the strategy side of the game always keeps it interesting. The name is appropriate - Play your cards with malice aforethought just to block a move your opponent has been planning for serval turns.

If I had to list any cons about this game it would be simply to note that the game is still far too easy on the medium and hard levels. My wife notes that I am a far harder opponent then the computer.

Spite & Malice

This game is very addicting. However, after playing it multiple, multiple times, I realized that each of the four levels get harder with multiple playing. All the levels are challenging but the easy should stay easy. The medium should stay medium, etc., etc.
I noticed that the cards dealt are NOT random. There is a definite pattern in the cards played. When you don’t win for a while, you get easy hands. And when you do win a few, all the sudden, your hands get so difficult, there is no way to win even if you are on easy mode. I can win more often on Spiteful mode in those instances.
I would have have given a definite 5 stars if they started dealing the cards in a random mode. I feel they are dealing spitefully (pun intended).
UPDATE: This past week, I have had to hard reboot my iPad Pro after every play or three. This is very annoying as I play in multiple player mode a lot. I get notifications every few minutes or so but when I go to play, the board is either frozen or it’s says to sign in to Game Center, which I can’t without doing a hard reboot to my system. I love playing but may have to quit if this is not fixed. I think it started after the latest update to my system, 11.4.1. Please fix.

tiffy spiffy ,

so gooooo! (sort of)

UPDATE: nothing has changed. There still needs to be some sort of reward system because I end up getting bored and quit playing. And level “easy” is more difficult than the spiteful level. Makes no sense.

so gooo! However, I can't tell the difference in the levels - Hard is no more difficult than Easy and Medium is WAY HARDER than Spiteful (in my experience). I have played Easy games more challenging than Spiteful. So it really doesn't matter which level you play because you never know what you're going to get difficulty wise. But I do enjoy playing despite the levels being out of wack. So if you're reading this, don't buy Spiteful, it's just more of the same.

Oh yeah, YOU MUST add a rewards system instead of just gaining levels. If there's no incentive for level gain, then who gives a crap. I'd recommend earning new card/board designs or whatever...just something to tap into the brain's reward center. Without that, people will eventually lose interest.
