Good app
It keeps you up to date on what various rates are. When you plug in your numbers, it gives you a list and further info. If nothing shows up in your search, then the product may not have any rate info for the time being.
Useful app.
Easy to use and has helpful functionality. Not 100 percent accurate on the rates but provides you with the organizations that are in the ballpark of the best rates. I was about to do my 3rd refinance with the same company and decided to research and found much better deal using this app and making a few phone calls. Plus I use the calculator to go back and forth in figuring out my best deal! I like it and check almost everyday to make sure I am not missing out on any substantial rate changes.
Very Useful
Erate provides a very useful search to the best available mortgages and credit cards. The App is very easy to use and provides a very useful mortgage monthly payment calculator. Having this App while shopping around for a house makes my life a whole lot easier!
