The Cracked Reader 17+

I have been a fan of cracked since I was in 7th grade. I've been reading these articles ever since and been using the app for a long time. But it's just not worth it anymore. I can barely go four or five seconds without either being ripped out of the app to go to the App Store to look at candy crush. If not that then intrusive ads that don't even load because of the slow internet pop up, being exited out from before the product even appears. I love cracked, I do. Some weeks are better than others for articles sure but even the worst week is pretty awesome. I can forgive the app for not containing or loading everything that goes on the app. I can even forgive the lack of an update for quick fixes that causes me to look at Robert durst and a humanized inflatable and sexualized my little pony character despite my disdain for both (hasn't updated in like a year). But it's gotten to the point where I can't even enjoy the content anymore because of the ads. Want more money? Make me pay $5 or put ads between entries or before articles. But don't take away from my viewing pleasure like this. I'm tolerant but I actually have grown to hate this app, hence why it is being deleted. After countless hours of enjoyment, cracked, thanks for everything. I'm sorry it couldn't end on a better note.

I'm a huge fan of your website and love reading your articles and browsing through the occasional photoplasty. For the past several years, I have generally gotten all of your content through the Cracked mobile app. However, for the past few days it's been automatically redirecting to the Apple App Store to convince me to buy Candy Crush, etc. im not really sure who decided this new update was a good idea, but it makes enjoying your content very difficult. It's not really worth it to have to close out the App Store and pull up what I was reading again 5 times in one article. I understand that you guys have to make money through some sort of advertising. This pop up/redirecting is not the way to do it. It's extremely inconvenient and frustrating. I'm sure it'd be far more preferred if we just had to scroll past an add between points in your articles. Your ratings have already suffered in the App Store because of the change. Please change this because I'd hate to lose that method of access to your content(really the only way I have time to access your content these days). I would even pay $5 for a premium app where I didn't have to deal with ad redirects.

Bought the app years ago, wanted a full cracked reading experience that lite didn't provide, and loved it. Had some minor issues that would be fixed upon updates. Nothing that bothered me much. Now fast forward to the now current edition of the app, and I'm sure the fact cracked got bought out has a lot to do with it, but you get blasted with ads to buy crappy mobile games over and over and over and over. No exaggeration there. It's relentless. This can be fixed very easily guys. You honor your customers who have already paid for the app with an ad-free experience. Or a DRASTICALLY reduced ad experience. Use some subtlety in marketing. Making your fans mad enough to not even want to mess with it isn't going to sell anything. The cracked fan base probably has little to no interest in candy crush and mobile strike. We all still have Tetris on our NES! Bottom line, Cracked absolutely rules. No doubt about it. They should just blast kids with these articles in school instead of whatever it is they do these days for education, but avoid this app until they get it under control.
