Description
WOL Control is an app to start computer over the network by Wake On Lan.
Just you know your MAC on your computer and Wake On LAN is activated, you can start off your computer.
You can also start your computer over the Internet. This can only be done if your router is set up for it.

Asking an Apple id

Why would i type my Apple id and password why i share it with you????
Terrible
The documentation is a joke, either the author speaks very bad English, or it's the result of some automated translation.
The app has no error handling at all, e.g. even if I enter a nonexistent hostname, it'll report success.
Works, But Needs A Few Fixes
It works. After configuring on my Win 8.1 PC and putting the necessary info into the app, I can wake my PC from sleep or turn it on while it's off from iPhone 5S running iOS 8.1.3.
Only problem is the MAC list to save multiple devices doesn't actually work because the devices on the list aren't given the option to be woken, their credentials are just saved there. I also wish there was a way to remotely turn my PC back off, but if there's just one device you want to be able to turn on from any state, this works.
