Just fix the app already
TL;DR The app doesn’t work, but you can still look things up on the website or by calling and talking to someone (if that’s your preferred method)
I tried, unsuccessfully, to register an account for about 30 minutes. I’d much rather use an app to look up claims and dentists, but it seems the app isn’t a priority for SLF. I took a look at the rating in the App Store (1.4/5.0) and saw that there have been 1-2 star reviews for the past 9 years+. It’s hugely disappointing in an age where most companies are transitioning to apps to make things easier for the customer. The good thing is you can go to the website to look up dentists at least.
Useless App
Have to download this app to view my Dental ID cards. Finally got through the painstakingly registration to be met with no dental cards. Cool I’ll update my info on the app. Go to add my Social, and birthday. Tells me my social and birthday are incorrect. My social I could MAYBE see being wrong as I don’t use it too often, but my birthday...come on now. So now I have 0 ideas on how to get my stuff. And most of the time when trying to log in, it tells me an error has occurred and to try again later.
Did what I needed!
My company just switched to this insurance and I was worried after reading all the reviews, but I just made an account a few minutes ago, was able to log in on the app, was able to view my ID card, and was able to add it to my Apple wallet. Woo!
