OpenFlow Pro is a simple intuitive application for calculating flows, velocities and other hydraulic properties of open channels, orifices, weirs, and flues. It support several open channel and weir cross-sections including circular, trapezoidal, rectangular and triangular sections. Several flume calculators are also included. Calculators included extended results in addition to the primary variable that you solve for. Now includes a reference section with constants and coefficients.

Ratings and Reviews
App calculates incorrectly.
The calculation for orifice discharge is not correct. The app uses the height from the invert of the orifice rather than the center point. This makes the discharge calculation incorrect. I emailed AppsAndCode about this issue weeks ago, but they have not corrected the problem.
Nice First Effort, But . . .
Nice first effort, but would be more useful for design purposes if you could solve for any of the channel variables. Also, add the ability to create irregular cross sections and the ability to scroll up (or down) the variable input screens when the keyboard is up so that you can access hidden variable fields.
Good app, great idea, needs tweaking
Need to add a pull down menu to select Manning's n from the table, need to be able to select the units for input (inches and mm), need to be able to solve for any of the given variables. Will be very handy once these issues are addressed. No crashing problems on my 3GS.
