First Horizon Mobile Banking 4+

I’m not sure what other people are unhappy about. This app is great and saves me time and GAS! *if you use a VPN and try to make a mobile deposit it rightfully stops the transaction, back out turn off your VPN on your phone and start again. It’s up to the minute info and let’s me transfer money between accounts and to other bank accounts with other institutions.

I’ve been using first Horizon bank for years now off of my laptop. It works flawlessly. I attempt to use the online mobile app on my Apple phone and it is a complete joke. I have a background in programming and IT work. I have never seen such a confounding stupid app that is so poorly supported. It does not even make sense that with all the bad reviews on the app that the guy in charge of this even still has a job with the bank. I’m sure since it has 20 people write in that at least works on their phone he is satisfied that there is no need to improve it.

What you’re going to really love is, after my post that they’re going to say how sorry they are about my experience and they’re going to look into it. Apparently they haven’t done so for the past thousand users writing them the same thing lol

Either that or a two dollar programmer in some country so that they can save a couple extra dollars instead of investing in a professional app that universally works on 80% to 90% of devices out there.

I was a satisfied Iberia Bank customer for many years before they got taken over by First Horizon. What a mess! The bank itself has TERRIBLE customer service and this app is just another example of that. I usually had to open it at least four times before it would stop crashing long enough to let me into my account. When I disputed a fraudulent charge, instead on putting a hold on my account, they made a $100,000,000 withdrawal putting me in the negative for 99 billion dollars!!! This meant that I could not use my debit card, but guess what??? They could still accept electronic deposits and then withhold the money because the account was now in the negative. This went on for months while they “worked on the dispute”. Ultimately I closed my account and switched to another bank. Do better, First Horizon. It’s not me, it’s you!
