A decent app to use and the bubble game is addictive!

The 3 app is easy to use and easy to navigate through to find information for your account. I was able to find out the plan, when I could upgrade and add or take away unnecessary add-ons. While I was exploring the app I saw this button for more and it revealed a game to which I started to play. It’s really fun and it makes me think about my moves. Kind of like a bubble solitaire game. Anyway I can only find it on 3 and i’m sort of addicted to it now as I play with it every night before I go to bed!

I haven’t been on phone apps lately as they are always hard to navigate and I end up having to re-logon all the time. But with this one I noticed I didn’t have to. I found all the information I wanted.

Worked great!

I traveled to England and Spain in October. I bought a Three card for the first time. It went all very smoothly. Activation of the card in the USA took about two hours and when I had a little problem with the app I called customer service and they resolved the problem immediately. I had no trouble while in Europe whether I was in Spain or England. The only reason why I gave only four stars is because when I tried to make phone calls to the US I believed that I could use the credit that I had but I was not able to make phone calls. I did not have the time to talk to customer service so I just called the USA using WhatsApp.

It sounds like you had a great experience using our Go Roam services 🌎 however if you are trying to call a USA number, the add-on allowances won't work. When dialing a USA number you need to have cash credits on your account to complete the call. Just an Upsell Tool

Three’s app it’s basically an upsell tool, not geared toward the customer but toward their profits. There’s nothing this app offers that I can’t do on the Three website.
Each time I go on the app to purchase an add-on for my PayG account, they offer me an expensive one (£35) in very large print instead of the £15 one I have always purchased. Then in tiny print at the very bottom of the page, is a link to view all add-ons. It is still difficult to select the tiny link, even on my large phone screen, instead of the link to purchase their expensive add-on.
Also, beware of maintenance days when both app and website are offline. If you need to do something urgent on your account, you will have to wait until the next day.
