Poor design, sluggish performance, bad app
App design is very confusing because it has too many advertisements and I can't even find where is the function that I need.
App performance is sluggish, especially in the US.
The app needs a lot of overhaul. I keep wondering how can a bank design an app like this, which is just not professional.
Notifications is broken
New update broken the notification system. I really wish this app can focus on credit card service. Not advertisement.
Steadfast decline in quality and service
Used to be most user friendly bank app in China. Now it is a total trash.
