With this update, new in-app messaging make for fast and simple collaboration on the listings you're interested in.
Communicate with your agent right in the app! Search for homes and discuss all in one place. You can even pull in friends, family or whoever else you're working with as you find your new home. Chat with anyone, whether they're using the app or not, and we'll make sure they get the message. No more dealing with multiple emails and text chains.
Make your search more efficient by hiding homes that don’t fit your needs or price range. Once you hide them, they will never show up on the map search again!
Ask for a mortgage quote on any listing from a licensed mortgage professional.

Perfect
Wow did they nail it on this latest version. I'm a software developer myself and usually really critical of these things. They have tons of great features.
Lost functionality
I just updated from the last version and am immediately disappointed with the design changes and loss in functionality.
On the summary panel you've eliminated one of my favorite features - the estimated commute time display - I know the function is still available, but without the display on the summary panel it is no where near as effective.
The new layout also prevents me from seeing as much information quickly. Being forced to flip between tabs to try to find all of the information that used to be available all in one panel is frustrating and dysfunctional. Making it work more like your website was not a good choice - it should have been the other way around - your App used to have much better functionality than your site, but no longer ...
And additionally, the layout doesn't scale properly to an iPad mini, so all of the type is cut off on the right side.
The last version had some challenges in loading photos, but I'd rather have that issue and the better design function than this new layout.
I will no longer be recommending this app to others searching for homes as I used to.
Disappointed
I liked the layout of the app as well as most of the functionality. I had to create an account the first time that I logged in which is understandable to save properties I liked. Only problem is, the app will give me an error and say the account info is correct. I have tried to create an account using the same email but it says that an account already exists. I have gone through and created other accounts with two separate emails after that and receive the same error when logging in. It is hard to use a real estate app when you can’t save any of the properties you like. Fix this and it will be much better.
