Error Loading Page
App would be a lot better if actually worked all the time. Whenever I try doing transfers App always gives me an error loading page for most the day. Then later on in the day it’ll actually work. Which is annoying because it should work right when I need it to. Then the app crashes when you try to go back. This app needs an update and some bug fixes or something. It’s seriously making me not like my bank.
Terrible App and Support
Check deposits began encountering exceptions almost a week ago. Sent support a screenshot of the exception after calling. The agent on the phone tried to minimize the problem, of course. When in the bank depositing the check, the teller informed me it is a widespread problem. Not a shock. Still no resolution days later. Because of this latest technical issue with Nutmeg, a new bank is in my near future. I told support that too and they just don’t seem to care. Update: A month later mobile deposit issues still exist. Same exact error as before despite the claim by Nutmeg the issues have been fixed. Phone and app support appear, yet again, to be indifferent. Need to accelerate my hunt for a new bank because by all appearances Nutmeg just doesn’t care.
Update: Month number 3 where mobile deposits continue to fail. Developer’s previous claims it is an IOS issue and that the issue has been fixed clearly is not true. Want to try again Nutmeg?

Hello, it was identified that an issue was present with iOS 17.0.3 causing intermittent issues with the e-deposit feature. Please try an upgrade to the latest iOS via Settings > General > Software Update. If issues persist, please reach out to us at your earliest convenience.
Mobile deposits never work
Awful app. Always times out. Have to try to do mobile deposits multiple times throughout the day before it works. Frustrating to have an app at all if it doesn’t work.
