Easy to use, reliable

This app is great, and I’ve literally never had trouble opening it or having it error out on me. The big hits are being able to see all accounts at once, and remote check deposit. They also monitor messages from it. I’ve never had to wait more than 12 hours for a response to one of my questions. To summarize: This app makes a great credit union even better in a wonderful service for members.

Couple QOL improvements needed

App has improved much since last time I reviewed. First of all, the menu that comes up when you swipe right is way too sensitive. If you’re swiping down, and even move your thumb slightly to the right the menu comes out every time. Maybe adjust the deadzone or distance from the edge of the screen that you have to pull from to get that menu out. Another issue would be the alternative login screen is missing the Face ID option. When you’re signed out for inactivity and come back to the app later, you’re prompted to log in. This login screen should have the same options as the main log in screen so someone who wants to use Face ID shouldn’t have to completely close down the app just to get that option.

Good but still can improve

I have been using on-line banking for all my accounts for 20 years, and been using the apps of 4 of the major banks for at least 10 years.
CCCU does have one of the most user friendly apps for credit unions that I have worked with, and it is better than some national Banks, however it is still a bit hard to find some of the transactions in the menu path, and it is still not as good as it could to manage your loans or make some new transactions or electronic payments and receipts.
This is a good app and I like it, but there is still some room for improvement on making it simple for some loan management options and electronic payments for other banks.
