Description
AGRIplot allows you to plot any area on a map. Simply walk around your property and add a landmark point, or drag and drop pins anywhere on the map. AGRIplot will automatically calculate the area enclosed by the points and provide the distances between each point. Interest points allow you to identify additional features for your plot. You can even take pictures associated with each landmark or interest point for a visual representation. Share your plot with the option to email a PDF or KML version of the plot information. Now supports importing KML files.

Excellent tool very useful
This App is still working fine with IOS 11.2.6. I’ve used this app for a couple years and never found anything else that can easily create geo-referenced aerial maps for personal use or sharing. To those who say they are seeing a “black” map; After installing on a new iPad I saw the same black map. A combination of exploring with moving and “pinch and zoom” on the map display resulted in finding a land mass that could then be positioned and zoomed to find my actual location. This process has not been required again as I continue to use the app.
This is not a high precision system by today’s standards but it is a system that provides high degree of accuracy without the need to walk field borders.
The ability to share the resulting map, notes etc by email is a great bonus.
Easy to use but a few bugs
I've mapped a lot of fields with this app the past few years but have run into some issues.
<- Plot Projects covers the title so you can't edit it. Previous versions didn't have this issue.
Only way to get out of the description box and save is to click in the title box. Can't edit description unless it's a new plot, after that you're stuck because you can't click in the title box covered by <- plot projects.
Please, please fix these issues. There's no contact info to address issues.
Acres aren't exact but pretty close most of the time.
Other than that it's easy to use and you can send a pdf of the map to your email.
Excellent App - Please update and support it again.
This is really great app, and it gives the ability to take a photo, Geo locate and make notes. This is something unlike any other app that I know of. It’s also able to export a KML file, which makes it very useful.
In a special note to the developer, please continue to update and support this.
