Great game and customer support
I play this game daily while walking on my treadmill. Until a few days ago, my only problem has been my bouncing finger as I am trying to make words. This is because it is hard to have a steady hand at a slow run. A couple days ago I noticed an issue that reset my highest score and levels to 0. That sucked. So, I thought I would contact them to see if they could fix the issue. Julie got back with me right away and gave me specific instructions to get it fixed. It worked! Thanks Julie for the outstanding support! And, for the great game!
Review
This is the best game I've ever played. I have five good friends that play and it's fun competing against each other. I am a little addicted to this game. Give it a try. I wish they would go back to starting at zero if you didn’t use all the letters
Love it!
Play it daily. I did however just get a new iPad and can’t get it to retrieve my accomplishments. Tried to contact boy howdy and the form will not accept my email address for some reason. It says match the requested format.
