Ideal solution on going paperless......
I am the owner of The Pipe Doctor Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning, service company on Long Island, NY. In an attempt to "go green" and simplify an ancient dispatching system, I've spent thousands of dollars trying to "go paperless" only to have a programs that are too complicated or fail to deliver as promised.
When I found ServicePal on the AppStore, I was immediately impressed by how simple the program works. We can create a customer file, schedule a job for any technician, dispatch the technician to the job, bill the customer and get paid all within the ServicePal program. The program automatically syncs to my technicians in the field to their ipads. If i need to edit a form or create a new one I can. Within minutes, I am able to create customized forms for my business - invoices, estimates and service agreements.
I am very pleased the the tech support if an issue occurs - whether it's 2pm or 2am, I know there is support I can rely on.
If you are thinking about taking your trade business to the next level, ServicePal is the way to go. The app is perfect if your a one man operation or a company with a service staff of 100.
