Ratings and Reviews
Cannot make deposit
Not sure what is happening but I can no longer make a mobile deposit. It used to automatically take the image once positioned in the frame. Not only does it not automatically take the images but the shutter button is blacked out as well. Frustrating.
Poorly constructed app
I have been using this app for over a year now, and have experienced SO many issues with it. I have not once, ever been able to set up Face ID with it, even though it offers every time. Now, I got a new phone and cannot even sign into the app because it takes me through all of the verification steps and then forces me to press “enroll” in the end, just to tell me that I’m (obviously) already enrolled. Please, fix your app!
Needs an upgrade
I have been with OVC a long time and have great relationship with the amazing workers, but the app is lacking to say the least. It’s unsettling because OVC is a great institution but I have been frustrated more than a handful of times because the app isn’t working correctly or lacking information.
