Based on the American Chemical Society GCI Pharmaceutical Roundtable Solvent Selection Guide, Version 2.0 (April 2011). Ratings are useful rules of thumb for selecting solvents.
Solvents can be quickly looked up in ChemSpider or Mobile Reagents by tapping an icon.

Best effort yet at simplifying the myriad of factors involved with Green Solvent selections
You can combine a variety of factors to see which solvents fit into categories. For example you can look for solvents that are Lewis acids and flammable. There are a few suggestions that would make the app more user friendly but it is a great free effort!
Useless
This app does nothing except provide an arbitrary rating of different solvents and then refer you to other Internet tethered apps for real information. Just use Wikipedia.
